Experience
I have recently Completed an Equine sports therapy and rehabilitation Degree. I have been working in the equestrian industry as a groom Since I was 19.While I was working with a company called in jumpers, to several shows in Europe up to 5* Level, I was also working with one of their riders with my horse training while I was there.Me and my horse are currently competing in dressage and working towards the pet plan winter dressage festival .
Key Skills
I have worked with all types of horses from foals stallions,My key area skills is an equine rehabilitation.This is an area of key interest and something I’m wanting to take forward.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• I love working with horses and wants to try and improve their lives to the best of my abilityI could not imagine a world without them.
• I would like to improve my riding skills as there is always room for improvement. I would also like to improve my placing skills as previous jobs have never required me to do it so therefore this is a skill that’s a bit lacking .
• I’m incredibly enthusiastic to be working with our equine counterpartAnd really want to try and improve their life in anyway that I can through my own work and research and rehabilitation methods .
Requirements
• Improving my riding skills is always an area of development for me and is a must with any job.Being able to practice my physiotherapy skills on horses is also a massive must as improving these skills helps me improve horses lives and my Own skill sets .
