Experience with Horses
Hardworking, skilled groom with over 20yrs experience in various equine disciplines looking for work as of November 2025. Experience with the following:
- Polo- 4 English Summer seasons. Competent in all yard and game aspects. Range of ponies cared for including breakers, high goal and re-schooling. Confident with Sole charge up to 16 horses at home and at polo game.
- Showjumping- Worked for established American rider with young horses and established horses around the USA West coast circuit. Also worked with Scottish rider at various levels on her homebreds from foal to higher levels.
- Eventing- Worked with a couple 5* eventers. Currently freelancing for a 5* eventer in Cirencester.
- With team and at times sole charge with all needs of horse care and running yard.
- Livery- Head girl for upcoming performance yard in Gloucestershire, gaining new clients, all yard care and horse care, administration, health and safety, contracts and everything that goes on day to day.
- Riding School- Worked for riding school in Scotland. Day to day activites with customers and ponies. Also RDA experience.

Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I enjoy watching horses be at their best. From taking the time and effort to put the work into these creatures and allow them to perform and look at their best for their prospective role.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I’d like the chance to improve my riding as I’ve been left to my own devices for the past year and predominately riding polo.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I am constantly trying to be better than the day before for the horses. I throw 100% of myself into my job and I love working with similar people who I can learn and strive with for the horses.

I am looking for a job I can base myself on long term. I would like to work towards my coaching and horse care levels with my next job.
