I am an Italian 47 yrs old Stage 4 Senior Coach looking forward to my Stage 5, so I am looking for a job that would allow me to earn a living with my knowledge and experience while cutting out time for my preparation and assessment.
Working within the equestrian industry since 2004 and as a certified instructor since 2006, with teaching and coaching as my strongest speciality, I collected various experiences including riding, re-training, starting young horses, grooming and more.
I gathered a fairly long list of international experiences as I chose to change places to widen my knowledge (find more details in the attached CV). Starting from the United Kingdom to step up the BHS exams ladder, within the years I extended to many countries both across and outside Europe. My knowledge, easy going personality and work ethic have been appreciated by many clients and employers alike, always happy to refer for me.
I am looking for a practical working combination of coaching and training horses (possibly competing), within a flexible part-time contract, which would allow me to increase hours if needed for the season demand of the employer as well as allowing me to cut out time for my training and assessment, on a planned schedule.
I am offering my availability for the months of August and September 2024. We can look at this as a trial period to evaluate whether our reciprocal needs can meet for a longer agreement, either returning in November (as during October I have commitments in Italy) or looking forward to 2025.
