Experience with Horses
Outline your experience with horses here/the scope of your freelance services. If you’re looking for a non-equine or non- yard-based job please use this space to describe your experience skills/abilities and adapt the questions to suit your line of work.
My experience with working with horses is quite low. As I kid I would do lesson at the local school but have been distant from it since. However the last couple I’ve been at university and during my summers I was lucky enough to be shown how to turn horses in and out, muck out, pick feet, brush main and tail, fill hay nets and tack a horse at a local livery. Working with horses is a main option and would love to become a skilled horse handler.
Key Skills
What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I’m a very hardworking and enthusiastic individual with the eagerness to want to learn. I’ve spent 3 years in college doing carpentry and 3 years at university studying furniture design both have taught me the principles of being a good worker and tested my creativity, work ethic and intuition. I see myself as being quite adaptable when it comes to working with people or not at that adaptability can be shown through various other scenarios.
Strengths and Weaknesses

The connection you can build with the horses and being apart of a team that has a similar frame of mind.

• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
