Strengths and Weaknesses

• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?

Having that connection with horses: Building a bond with horses can be incredibly fulfilling. Understanding their behaviour and developing trust.

After a career working within the office industry-I really appreciate working  with physical tasks such as grooming, riding, and exercising .

The equine industry offers continuous learning, from understanding horse care and training techniques to gaining further  knowledge about equine health and behaviour.

Teamwork I have already mentioned, I feel I have lots of experience to offer . Whether working with other staff members or collaborating with trainers and veterinarians, the sense of community and teamwork can be very rewarding.

Many equine jobs take place in beautiful outdoor settings, allowing individuals to enjoy nature while working. I also really enjoy wet days too.

I take a lot of pride in my work , so,  achieving goals, can provide a strong sense of accomplishment.

• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?

Firstly, I am honest reliable, trustworthy with a sense of humour. I can work to tight deadlines within a busy environment being able to multitask at the same time. I have a great work ethic with a sense of pride in my work.

I have been working in a very demanding industry for the last 20 years, I am at the stage of my life where I have decided to take 3 years out (maybe longer) My outlook is not climbing the career ladder anymore, more enjoying what I love to do in my spare time and going back into that environment as a full time job again.
