Experience with Horses
I have been working with animals for the last 7 years, including dogs, horses, cats and small animals. I have worked with horses and dogs in multiple locations, I currently work at a yard that has over 70 horses. I would prefer a non-ridden role as I can be quite nervous when riding, however if the horses are well behaved then this isn’t a problem. I am confident with difficult horses on the ground.

Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I love having a connection with the horse/s, I am my most happiest when I’m around animals and I take pride in looking after them.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I would like to improve my knowledge on horse anatomy and how to spot injuries/disease as never had any training in those areas. I know the basics but would love to learn more.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I am trustworthy and reliable, I will commit myself to a job and I care about giving horse, or other animals, the best quality of life and making sure they have all requirements met in a timely manner.
Requirements
• What would you like to do or gain in your next job?
Knowledge on how to spot injuries and diseases and how to treat them. I would also like the option to ride calm horse to be able to bring my confidence up with riding again.

Not currently so not an issue but would like the option to be able to have animals at some point.

I would only be able to work monday to friday, would be able to do the occasional weekend as cover but not full time
