Experience with Horses
I have worked professionally in the horse industry for nearly three years now. Working in an equestrian school for a year helping care, train and prepare a variety of horses for competitions. I have also worked freelance for a year which included time at private yards, I was an exercise jockey at a race yard and handled foals up to yearlings at a quality flat racing stud. I am now currently work at a riding school trying to get more BHS qualifications to hopefully do my coaching.
Key Skills:
I am a very enthusiastic hard worker. I can clip, plait and provide basic horse first aid. I can turn out, care for and maintain a high quality standard of work with horses. I can ride confidently and lunge, I want to progress further within my riding. I use great initiative to get the job done. I can also bandage, trim and provide the skills needs for the best horse maintenance.
