Experience with Horses
I have been around horses my whole life from working with ponies to racehorses. I was at Plumpton College for 5 years achieving 3 level 2 qualifications and 2 level 3 qualifications which are equivalent to A-levels.
I was working within the horse racing industry for 3 years, working with horses that are coming back into work after an injury or a holiday. While at that yard, I would take responsibility for the runnings of the yard when my boss was away and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Skills – turning in and out, operating walker, clipping, trimming and pulling, riding, loading and unloading horses off a trailer/lorry, mucking out, providing medical treatment.

The thing I enjoy most about working with horses is all the different experiences I have had with many different horses.
