Experience with Horses

I have been riding for 17 years now and also own my own horse who is due to retire soon. I have competed him swell as previous horses for most of the 17 years of riding so I am able to keep a cool and calm head in a high stress situation. I have experience working and competing in dressage and show jumping, I have also done a little bit of work for friends competing in eventing.
I’ve gained experience working with competition horses on the ground, I’ve also worked in backing and breaking so I am very comfortable with young and green horses. While studying at Hartpury I rode a wide range of horses which allowed me to broaden my skills and knowledge in how each horses wants and needs to be ridden which has allowed me to tailor my riding to every horse I sit on which I personally think is the greatest skill I learned while there.
Im very good at working in a team swell as on my own, I currently live alone at 19 years old and I have done since I was 18 so I feel that his given me a higher age of maturity, I also used to look after the breakers yard on my own when I was working on those days, this could be anywhere from 4 to 20 horses. I also previously covered a livery yard for a few days on my own, During my time at Hartpury we had to work as a team to make sure all tasks on the yard where complete. I feel this is also a strong point of mine.
