Experience with Horses:
I’m 24 years old, I have my own car and my own horse, I’ve been around horses for 21 years, in these years I’ve learnt so much about horses and no day is ever the same, I have worked on a few livery yards my recent being Middleton livery yard and riding tuition where I was doing basic yard jobs and was starting to teach in the lessons.
I have dealt with all types of horses from the smallest shetlands to the biggest of shires, I love each horse like they are my own and I do jobs to a very high standard.
Key Skills
I’m a very good team player but equally work well off my own initiative, I can be a team leader but also take instruction of others, I worked in a small team while being head girl and received some very good feedback back from the staff that worked with me.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses – I most enjoy learning about their personalities and getting to know each horse, I love how no day is ever the same and how you will never stop learning.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve? – I have a fair knowledge about horses but I’d love to learn more about them.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker? – I’m a very hard working individual who won’t let her employer down, I’ll go above and beyond to help anyone out.
Requirements
• What would you like to do or gain in your next job? I have a little girl who is in nursery Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 till 5 so would love a job that fits that in.
