I have worked on all different types of yards such as:
– Livery yards
– Event yards
– Riding school yards
since the age of 11 as-well as riding alongside. I have dealt with loads of different horses ranging in breeds, ages or temperaments and would consider myself very confident.
I have done most jobs in the sector from:
mucking out, turning in/out, grooming, tacking up, untacking, loading and unloading etc.. and worked alone and with a team confidently.

I am good at:
working alone or with others, keeping to a strict time schedule (time management), adapting to situations when things can go wrong, using my initiative, always providing the best care i can to any horse or pony i come into contact with.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I’ve always loved working with them, they’re such incredible animals and are so loving. The industry from day one has pushed me to be a better person.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I’d love to have the chance to improve on clipping and plaiting. i’ve had experience with both but i would love to further that!

i’m someone who will always put my best foot forward and ensure i’m giving the best care i possibly can. i’m someone who is flexible as well as a great team member being able to work with other people or even be alone and still work as efficiently!
