Experience with Horses
I have been involved with horses since a young age, developing a deep passion for equestrian sports. I am currently competing at 1.20m and schooling 1.30m, with significant experience in riding and handling different types of horses. I take great pride in caring for my horses, including feeding, grooming, braiding, and presenting them at competitions. I also have experience in administering medications, handling emergencies, and ensuring the well-being of the horses under my care.
In addition to my riding experience, I work for a company that provides advisory services for selling horses to international clients. I manage the marketing aspect of the business, handling social media, content creation, and strategic proposals to attract more clients. I have been a riding instructor for 8 years, which has helped me expand my knowledge and improve my skills in both riding and horse care.
My dedication to the equestrian world drives me to continually improve and learn more in every aspect of horse care, riding, and business.

Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
What I most enjoy about working with horses is the deep bond and trust that develops between the horse and rider. There’s something incredibly rewarding about understanding each horse’s individual needs and helping them reach their potential. Whether it’s seeing progress in training or simply spending time grooming and caring for them, the sense of connection and mutual respect is what drives my passion. Horses have taught me so much about patience, empathy, and dedication, and I love the challenge of continually improving both myself and the horses I work with. Additionally, I find great joy in being part of a team that shares the same love and commitment to these magnificent animals.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
One area I’d like to improve is my technical knowledge in horse care, particularly when it comes to advanced veterinary practices and medical care. While I have experience with general health management, I am always eager to expand my understanding in this area to ensure I can provide the highest level of care for the horses I work with. I also strive to continue improving my riding techniques and competition strategies to reach new heights in my performance and to better support the horses in training. I’m always open to learning and growing, whether through formal education or hands-on experience, as I believe there’s always room to improve in this field.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
Employers should consider me because I bring a combination of hands-on equestrian experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for horses. My background in riding, horse care, and competing has equipped me with the skills necessary to thrive in a dynamic environment. In addition, my experience working in marketing and business development for an equestrian company allows me to contribute not only to horse care but also to the growth and visibility of the stable or organization.
I’m a dedicated learner, constantly seeking to improve my skills and knowledge in both horse management and business practices. I am someone who takes initiative, is organized, and works well both independently and as part of a team. I truly value the relationships I build with horses and people, and I approach every task with respect, professionalism, and a positive attitude. My commitment to excellence and passion for continuous growth sets me apart as someone who will always strive to contribute to the success of the team.

• What would you like to do or gain in your next job?
In my next job, I would like to expand my knowledge and skills in both horse care and business management. I am particularly interested in gaining more experience in areas like advanced veterinary care, barn management, and competition strategy, as I want to be well-rounded and able to contribute at a high level. Additionally, I am eager to develop professionally by learning from experienced mentors in the industry and contributing to the overall success of the team. I also hope to further explore the marketing side of the equestrian industry, bringing fresh ideas and strategies to help the business grow and thrive. Ultimately, I’m excited to continue building on my passion for horses and contribute to a stable or company that shares my commitment to excellence and the well-being of the horses.
