Experience with Horses

I have had horses my entire life, got my first pony who was a Shetland when I was 6 years old, my Granny bred Shetland ponies so grew up with them. Since then I’ve competed in all aspects from Shetland Pony Grand National, to competing at HOYS in the mounted games, to showing, dressage and showjumping. I helped out at a yard all throughout my teenage years and in 2022 I worked at a showjumping, breeding and sales yard in St Andrews called Lohoar Sport Horses, where I schooled their horses and taught lessons to customers.

It’s been a life long passion of mine and I find working with them incredibly rewarding. I’ve had many jobs and never enjoyed one as much as my time at the showjumping yard.

• Is there anything you’d like to improve?

Work with more variety of horses.

• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
