Experience with Horses
I have had ponies and horses since I was 3 years old, then left school to become a jockey and worked also for the top flat trainers in the United Kingdom I also broke in and pre trained the Qatar racing horses doing 70 in one winter on my own. Summer times can be breaking in sports horses, eventing and I have also retrained and found homes for racehorses. I now manage and run a private dressage yard. I have also experience in rehabbing and swimming horses.
Key Skills
I can work alone, or be part of a team. With a positive hard working attitude. I am loyal and kind, and forgiving with the horses yet firm. I have ridden lots of young or tricky horses, and trained with lots of top riders. I care about the horses and want what is right for them in order for them to progress to the best they can and be happy. I can deal with stressful situations and be calm.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• I enjoy progressing the horses and caring for them. And I find it rewarding and challenging. I like that every horse is diffferent.
• I would always like to improve everything.
• I have a range of experience that allows me to understand and the horses in many ways to get the best out of them on the ground or riding or general care.
