Experience with Horses
Been working with horses since 11 years old. Experience with handling riding school horses, OTTB retraining, racehorses, stallions/colts and young sports horses. I have competed up to the discovery level with my own young horse. Foundation degree in Equine Performance, and Bachelor’s in Equine Science.

Strengths and Weaknesses
- I love how unique every horse is and being able to learn from them.
- I would love to refine jumping skills and improve riding confidence overall. Owning a young horse has taught that but am interested in learning and excelling in a professional environment.
- Keen to improve skills and learn what there is to learn from the showjumping industry. Transferrable skills with years of experience working with horses. I’m a reliable, hard working person with a passion for showjumping.
- I would love to also gain further experience riding young horses, being able to progress as a kind, empathetic rider.
Requirements
• Ideally work in the showjumping industry, either as a competition groom or home rider.
• If outside of Gloucestershire then accommodation will be needed.
• I have my own horse, who needs all-year round overnight turnout. However, if this is not possible, I am happy to find a nearby livery yard for him.
• Currently working part time, but will need to put in 2 weeks notice.
• Only holiday booked is Sunday 10 August 2025. No other holidays planned.
