Experience with Horses

I am a Passionate and dedicated equine professional with hands-on experience working with horses in both the UK and Spain. Skilled in stable management, horse care, and riding. I Hold a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Equine Management, i thrive in fast-paced, outdoor environment. Seeking to further develop my career in the equine industry through new challenges and learning opportunities.

⭐️18 years old currently living in Doncaster, available to start in September.

⭐️I have lived in Spain for 7 years where i have worked on both a livery yard for many years and a competition yard, gaining lots of experience with fit competition horses and stallions, mucking out, tacking up, show grooming, communicating efficiently with clients and riding both experienced and young horses.

⭐️Having been born here, I have been back in the uk for 2 years now, and have recently finished studying equine management level 3 at Bishop Burton college- specialising in rehabilitation and coaching. Alongside this i worked on the college yard: turning horses out, exercising them, mucking out and feeding.

⭐️I Have competed my own horses up to british showjumping discovery level and in Spain up to 1.05 at a national level. I would describe myself as a competent and confident rider, having ridden many different types of horses!

⭐️Handling a range of horses- young horses, stallions, competition horses and mares and foals.

⭐️Riding a variety of horses from young horses, green horses, established horses and problematic horses.

⭐️Rehabbed/ reintroduced horses coming back into work with good results and recovery.

⭐️ Confident and competent rider with schooling horses, showjumping, cross country schooling, pole work etc.

⭐️Dedicated, passionate and hard working, won’t shy away to a challenge.

⭐️Good communication with team members and clients.

⭐️Well organised and prepared as well as managing time well.

⭐️Mucking out and keeping the yard tidy to a very high standard.

The fast pace environment, hands on work and getting to know and experience many different types of horses and people in the industry.

I would like to improve my strong industry contacts and references and gain more experience around professionals and people with the same passion as me.

I bring a positive team player attitude to the table, no matter the task. At 18, i’m Eager to learn more, develop more skills and grow with a team.
