Experience with Horses
My experience with horse is very varied. I have grown up with horses, I have had a horse since I was little adapting my riding from ponies to horses, I was lucky enough to be able to purchase my own 4yr ex racer and be able to producer her and sell her. Now being 19 I have my own horse and competing up to be90! I have worked as a freelancer and been given the opttuinity to work with many different horses, riding, looking after while on holidays and looking after them in general. I’m very reliable and very flexible in what needs doing. I have helped out in Pony club, walked variety of dogs and house sitted at different competition yards. I am on the look for an equine based job that is able for me to live in with my horse. I would love to be able to expand and adapt my skills with my own horse and further my education in different horses. Like I mentioned I have been previladed to own lots of horses creating me a very confident and quiet rider. im lucky to be able to change my riding style from a schoolmaster to a 4yr off the track racehorse!
Key Skills
In my personal opinion I would say I particularly good at, working by myself and also being able to work in a team! Im also quite good at, turning out for competitions to a high scale that including plating, clipping, bathing, cleaning tack etc. Im very used to handling hot competition horses, and riding hot horses from ponies to large horses. As i’ve said previously I have had lots of experience with producing young horses, riding and handling them making them the perfect horse for the next person! I would say my non horsey skills are that I am very reliable always turning up on time, my communication is very good and i’m a very hard worker making sure I exceed to the highest standard!
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I love learning new skills to trial on my horses, furthering our education. But I love the outdoors, and I am very active person so love being doing something and keeping busy and working with horses always help with that!
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I would love to improve my skills and being able to further myself in a proper eventing/competition environment.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I would say I am very effective at my jib and I am very reliable person, making sure I am on time. I would also say i’m very organised and tidy person and make sure everything is to high standard!

• Do you have any special requirements for any animals you wish to bring with you?
I would love to bring my own horse with me, she is a 15.3hh mare who is happy to live out or fit around your lifestyle. She also does compete at BE90 so being able to go to competitions in the area is a mega bonus!

I do online Uni which flexible and can be done anywhere.
