Experience with Horses
Gaia Vaglini
My name is Gaia, I am 49 years old from italy and I have been riding since I was 8. I began my experience with Enzo Truppa, Internatinal Dressage trainer and International FEI Judge , and then I trained with some international riders in Austria, France and Germany, including Rudolf Zeilinger, federal coach of the Danish Olympic team and manager of the Bluehorse stable where I continued to strengthen in training young horses.
Since 2008 I have been following and carrying out the Parelli program, Philipe Karl’s Echole de Legerete, James French’s Trust Tecnique.
Endas instructor – show Jumping and consultant for some equestrian centers in Italy, I have quite few riders in training as well young horses.
I also managed a barn in Italy, Emilia Romagna. The pony Academy.

Show jumping instructor and barn manager
Management and teaching at the stable “the pony academy” in Ferrara of the Asd Vaba. Preparation of show jumping, dressage and gymkhana competitions.
From 2000 to 2025
Training young horses. My passion since I was 20.
In 2008/9 at the international Dressage stable in Germany of Rudolf Zeilinger I gained experience in training young horses. Back to Italy I deal with the training and education of young horses and horses for private individuals and for some itaian stud farms
Competition Rider
I have made few international competitions in dressage Level D and Show Jumping ( 140 max). Love also Cross country
From 2020 Crossfit and Fitness Instructor: I train rider from jung age to old to better ride horses.
DEGREE
Degree in Economics and Business, Law, Master in Economics and Business Management. Master in International Cooperation. Experience at PriceWaterhouse&coopers, Collaboration with Gazzetta dello sport and with various non-profit associations for development and international cooperation in India and Africa.
I am available to travel and live everywhere, but I have a family to move with, so I would prefer to do some test for a few weeks before confirming.
