- Experience with Horses
I have held variety of roles within the equine industry during my career to date. I have previously held training (both equine and people) roles and managerial roles. I have worked solely and as part of a team. I have extensive experience working with both ridden and driven horses at home and away at competitions. I am competent in all areas of horse management and also have experience of the veterinary industry in my current role.
Key Skills
I pride myself on the smooth running of any yard. I believe one of my strongest skills is developing the training and care environments to optimise equine physical and mental wellbeing which in turn enhances their performance both at home and at competition.
My carriage driving experience would be beneficial for any suitable role. I was BC national champion 2022 (Novice H1) and 2024 (Open H1) and was 2nd at my first FEI 2* H1 event in June.
I also have experience of working with pairs and teams.

I enjoy the bond that is developed and the satisfaction of meetong theor needs in all aspects of care and training.

I would love to improve my knowledge of competing internationally and continue to develop my own skills as a driver.

I believe my extensive experience has allowed me to develop the skill set to fulfil this role to the highest of standards. I have experience of competing as both a driver and backstepping and understand the demands of both roles thoroughly.
