Experience with Horses
Volunteering from 2017-2023 at various riding schools and livery yards. Working with a range of horses, from kids ponies to ex-racer horses and competition horses/ponies. Helped to produce on younger horses and ponies for multiple owners. Completed Level 1 diploma in horse care at the British Racing school June-July2025. Experience in all yard duties, lunging, riding, turning out, hacking, feeding, yard checks, ect. I am a confident and experienced rider who has been riding for 10+ years. I always put the horses first and always treat them with most care and kindess possible, always putting their needs above my own.
Key Skills
Plaiting, handling horses of all temperments, confident rider. Good communication, friendly manner, can work as a team but also alone, patient, kind, problem solving skills, good organization, passion for horses, hardworking and more.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses? Caring and getting to spend time with them. Making them feel happy and comfortable.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve? Riding, broaden experience with varity of horses.
