Experience with Horse

Although my hands-on experience with horses is still developing, I have recently started taking lessons and am eager to build on this foundation. My passion for horses has been with me since childhood, but opportunities to pursue it directly were limited, so I immersed myself in learning about different breeds, coat colours, and equipment. Since beginning my riding journey, I have discovered a true sense of freedom in being around horses, an experience that has deepened my determination to pursue this path further and dedicate myself to working with them.

Key Skills

  • Effective team leadership: skilled in managing performance, delegating responsibilities, and leading by example under varied demands

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: able to maintain clear, positive communication and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers

  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and open to feedback: embrace constructive criticism as an opportunity to grow and evolve

  • Hardworking and reliable: committed to maintaining high standards and giving full effort in every role

  • Creative problem-solver: able to approach challenges from different perspectives and generate innovative solutions

  • Detail-oriented: strong eye for detail with a drive to see projects through to completion

  • Passionate and motivated: dedicated to continuous learning, self-improvement, and delivering excellent results

Strengths and Weaknesses

• What do you most enjoy about working with horses? — Although I haven’t yet worked directly with horses, they hold deep personal meaning for me as a symbol of freedom. I value the freedom and focus riding brings, reflecting resilience and a strong sense of wellbeing I believe that caring for horses would feel like nurturing that freedom, while also building a strong, reliable bond, the kind of connection I value in all relationships with animals.

• Is there anything you’d like to improve? While I’m always looking to refine skills I’ve learnt throughout my curret job. I’m looking to apply these skills while working with horses.

• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker? — I beleive that although I havent spent much time with horses I’ve still descovered the values they represent to me. Horses embody freedom, and caring for them feels like safeguarding that freedom. This perspective drives my dedication, responsibility, and compassion in wanting to work alongside them. I don’t just see working with horses as a job — I see it as a meaningful opportunity to build trust, create strong bonds, and give my best every day. My enthusiasm, reliability, and passion ensure I approach this role with commitment and heart, making me a candidate who will always go above and beyond.
