Experience with Horses

Outline your experience with horses here/the scope of your freelance services. If you’re looking for a non-equine or non- yard-based job please use this space to describe your experience skills/abilities and adapt the questions to suit your line of work.

Key Skills

What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc

I take pride in making sure that a yard is kept tidy and smart so that I can work efficiently. I don’t mind working hard by myself or cooperating with as part of a team.

Strengths and Weaknesses

• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?

I love learning new ways to train and look after horses as well as spending time with like minded people that enjoy spending so much time with gorgeous animals.

• Is there anything you’d like to improve?

I would like to improve grooming at stay away shows and my turning out skills. I have done a lot of plaiting and turning out of my own horse but would want to improve my clipping and trimming skills.

• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?

I am a hard worker and take pride in the work that I do. I am also a very socialable person who is very easy to get along with.
