Strengths and Weaknesses

• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?

I’ve always had a deep passion for horses, and working with them feels both rewarding and fulfilling. There’s something incredibly special about building a connection with these intelligent, sensitive animals. Whether it’s the satisfaction of seeing a horse thrive under your care or the bond that forms through daily routines, the relationship with horses is unique and incredibly gratifying. I enjoy the challenges they present, as it requires patience, consistency, and a deep understanding of their needs. Working with horses is not just a job for me—it’s a true passion that keeps me engaged and motivated every day.

• Is there anything you’d like to improve?

I’m always looking for ways to improve, both personally and professionally. One area I’m focused on is expanding my knowledge and skills in advanced equine care, particularly in areas like rehabilitation and physiotherapy for horses. I also aim to improve my leadership abilities, especially in managing larger teams or coaching new staff. I’m constantly seeking feedback and opportunities for learning, as I believe there’s always room to grow, and I’m eager to continue developing my expertise in the equine industry

• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?

Employers should consider me because I bring a unique combination of hands-on experience, dedication, and a passion for the equine industry. I have a solid foundation in equine care, with a focus on both practical skills and theoretical knowledge from my studies. I’ve worked in racing, which has given me an in-depth understanding of the demands of the industry and how to manage high-pressure situations effectively. I’m also a proactive and adaptable individual, always willing to take on new challenges, learn, and improve. My communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients, staff, and horses alike set me apart, and I’m highly motivated to contribute positively to any team I’m part of
