• Working independently and as part of a team across 3 livery yards and a riding
school yard.
• Performing daily tasks such as grooming, bringing in/turning out, mucking out,
tacking up and all other yard duties.
• Ensuring the yard was always clean and tidy.
• Experienced in handling young horses and ponies.
• Exercising young horses in training.
• Training volunteers and new staff.
• Checking on horse welfare and liaising with owners.
• Nursing sick horses and assisting with injury rehabilitation.
