I have worked with horses since 2016 so I’m coming up on 10 years experience in the industry. I have worked mostly on livery yards looking after a range of different horses and ponies. I have also freelanced for a lovely private family yard who have a dressage horse competing up to PSG.

What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I’m very good at working alone or in a team, I’m very friendly and adaptable. I really love clipping and keeping the horses looking smart.
I have also worked in an equine veterinary surgery where I learned lot’s about medications, bandaging and general horse care.

• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I love how rewarding it is to know you’re a part of something that makes people happy but ultimately makes the horses happy.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I would like to improve my plaiting as I haven’t had to do this much.

I am extremely reliable and have an outstanding work ethic. I genuinely care for all horses like they are my own.
