Experience with Horses

I have several years of hands-on experience with horses in professional equestrian settings, including breaking and training horses for Working Equitation ,  dressage , Show Jumping,  assisting lessons, and supporting riders in training and competitions. I am skilled in starting horses under saddle, building correct foundations, and enhancing balance, responsiveness, and rideability.

I also have experience as an instructor, leading individual and group lessons with a focus on safety, technique, and horse welfare, as well as in equestrian tourism, guiding clients and training horses for calm, reliable performance. Alongside equine work, I bring professionalism, adaptability, and responsibility from roles in hospitality requiring high standards, discretion, and flexibility.

Key Skills

I excel in handling and training horses, including starting young horses under saddle, improving rideability, and preparing them for competitions or public riding. I am skilled in working both independently and as part of a team, assisting riders and managing daily equestrian tasks. My experience includes plaiting, turning out for shows, and handling a variety of horses, including stallions. Additionally, I bring strong non-equine skills such as professionalism, adaptability, and client-focused communication developed through hospitality roles.

I love building trust and partnership with horses, helping them progress, and seeing both horse and rider improve together.

• Is there anything you’d like to improve?

I aim to improve in all equestrian disciplines and expand my horse training skills worldwide

• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?

Employers should consider me for my hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and adaptability. I bring a unique combination of skills in training horses, teaching riders, and managing high standards of care and safety. I’m passionate about my work and always strive for continuous improvement, ensuring both horses and riders reach their full potential.
