Experience with Horses

Outline your experience with horses here/the scope of your freelance services. If you’re looking for a non-equine or non- yard-based job please use this space to describe your experience skills/abilities and adapt the questions to suit your line of work.

I have worked professionally with horses for nearly 2 years. I worked for an event yard from February 2024 – September 2025 where I did general yard duties, caring of the horses and lunging and ridden work. I worked solo and alongside others.

I also worked at a showjumping yard from November 2024 to May 2025, this also included working with racehorses coming straight off the track. At this job I also did general yard duties, caring of the horses, prepping horses for viewings, lunging and ridden work. I worked solo and alongside others.

I am currently working at a livery yard, I started this job in November 2025.

A little extra info: I have been around and riding horses since a child, I love horses and all animals!
