Experience with Horses
I have grown up within the polo world, coming from a family deeply involved in the sport, which has given me a natural and practical understanding of both horses and the day-to-day running of a yard. Over time, this has developed into hands-on experience across all aspects of horse care, breeding and yard management, working with a large number of polo ponies in both private and client settings. Alongside this, I have taken on the operational side of Elliott Polo Ponies, where I have been responsible for bringing structure and organisation to the business. This has included managing the financial and administrative side, implementing systems, and overseeing the day-to-day running of the operation behind the scenes. More broadly, my background spans a range of industries and international environments, where I have worked closely with high-level individuals in both corporate and private settings. This has shaped a way of working that is organised, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a strong understanding of how to manage both people and operations in dynamic environments. I hold dual British and Brazilian nationality, a full clean UK driving licence, and speak English and Portuguese fluently, with a good command of Spanish and working knowledge of Hindi.
