Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I love the connection between humans and horses. They are amazing animals that reflect our energy and therefore teach us how to be in balance between mind, body, heart and soul. It’s very fulfilling to work with such wonderful animals and the connection between humans and horses feels like a team. I believe horses always have something to teach us and that we never stop learning and growing in this industry.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I would love to further advance my skills in a management or sole charge position, and be able to take part in regular schooling/exercising horses.
• Why should employers consider you above any other jobseeker?
I genuinely put my heart into everything I do. I’m compassionate with horses and do the best I can to give them a happy life. I also work very pragmatically on all tasks, with heart-based leadership and a ‘teamwork makes the dream work’ attitude.

In my next job, I would like to be able to step into a leadership role that will not only help myself, but help others learn and grow too. I would like to gain more responsibilities as a manager in the horse world.
