Experience with Horses
I have 21 years of experience working with horses. I have worked with horses from rising school ponies and horses to competition horses mainly dressage and a stallion and looking after mares and foals.
I have experience with young stock and breeding stock of which I am able to assist other members of staff. I have experience of dealing with clients and assisting the instructor with lessons. I am able to adapt to situations therefore being flexible is essential also I have customer service skills as I was dealing with clients booking and receiving payment for their lessons therefore good communication skills are needed as assisting clients and the instructor in the lessons due to health and safety regulations also teaching children about the proper way to care and groom their horse or pony so that they are caring for the horse or pony the correct way so that they both benefit from it.
