Experience with Horses
What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I have a wealth of experience working with a variety of different horses, from competition horses to hunters and breeding stallions and brood mares.
I have always owned my own horses, many of which I have bought unbroken and un handled and produced them to do different disciplines.
I am confident around all horses, I am capable of plaiting, clipping and turning out to a high standard.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I enjoy seeing improvements in the horses I ride. I enjoy meeting the needs and day to day care of horses and putting them to bed knowing they are happy and that all of their needs have been met!
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I am quick and efficient, I have a good sense of humour and can work of my own initiative, I am equally happy to work as a team. I can ride to a high standard and I am a quiet sympathetic rider on all horses.
I am extremely hard working and with my love for horses it is essential for me to put their needs before mine.
