Experience with Horses
Experienced yard manager/sole charge groom with longevity working within showjumping and selling roles previously;
Has worked voluntary at Gracelands and Meadow Croft Stables. Helping and organizing shows, unaffiliated show jumping gymkhana etc. which I have been a valued member.
Key Skills
Sole charge, working alone, can clip and turnout to a high standard, competent rider, happily doing faster work up the gallops;
Strengths and Weaknesses
I enjoy every aspect of the job from organising shows, mucking out a stable, to helping other staff members to develop and progress with support and passing on my experience and knowledge. The welfare of horses and staff are of utmost importance ensuring all horses are up to date with all aspects of health but also on correct feeding regime depending on the work age temperament.
