Experience with Horses
I have roughly ten years experience working with horses in a professional capacity. My career started as a show jumping groom working for one of the biggest stud’s in the UK. But for the past four years, I have worked at an equine referral hospital and obtained my equine vet nurse diploma.
I am able to work in a team, take sole charge, or work autonomously should the need arise. I am confident with all horse husbandry and associated care, alongside dealing with a range of horses e.g. stallions, mares, foals, fit competition horses etc.
My experience is mainly associated with show jumpers and hunters, but I have done some eventing work.
I have my HGV license and have experience driving abroad on the continent.
