I’m currently a store manager of a supermarket managing 30+ staff with ongoing training and developing of the team. I have a keen eye for detail and structured thoughts and processes which I can implement under pressure.
previously to this
I have worked 3 seasons in a hunt yard and working alongside a beef farm at the same time. Managing Liveries and exercising hunters and ensuring all their needs are met too. Including owners. Then after I moved to a international showjumping yard where I handled youngsters, competition horses, stallions, looked after brood mares. Both at home and competitions. Rode and schooled horses of all ages and was a ground person with backing. Selling lots of horses so lots of clients coming and going. Managing excess of 20+ horses between 2/3 of us. Then moved to being a yard manager for a amateur rider managing a yard of 8 horses both owned and for owners, managing everything from medical, training, shows, including international competitions.
