I am currently at university, studying my first year of Equine therapy and rehabilitation. I have owned my own horse for 9 years and been around and riding horses for 14 years. I have got experience of working on yards, including usual yard duties such as mucking out, handling horses.

What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I am capable at working with others or on my own. I am able to clip, handle young horses, and ride horses of different abilities. I also have experience of answering telephones, communicating with people of all ages, and completing stock control checks. I am hardworking, conscientious, I take pride in everything I do, punctual, reliable and always do things with a smile on my face.

Plaiting and preparing horses for competitions.

I am enthusiastic and have chosen to study a degree in equine therapy and rehabilitation with a view to become an equine massage therapist longer term. Therefore, working in an equine environment will enable me to gain more experiences to be able to handle horses of all ages and sizes.
