30 years riding experience up to adv and currently producing our own ponies up to FEI level. Trained with Pammy Hutton, Tessa Thorne, Isobel Wessels and Franz Rokowansky. Have a degree in equine veterinary science and have been a lecturer in veterinary science and A level biology for over 15 years. Have worked in Hong Kong at the RHKJC with the veterinary team on the track and in the horspital.
Have bred 3 top level dressage ponies that are now based with GP riders in the UK.
Currently the Regional Development Officer for British Dressage, so have a vast amount of experience in planning and the competition structure up to FEI Level.
Key Skills
What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
Training ponies and working with children, producing horses/ponies to medium level dressage and I also teach for the local pony club. I can do all yard duties and some stud work. Also capable of sole charge or managerial positions, can manage competition and training schedules up to top level..
