Experience with Horses
I have been around horses since I can remember I started riding at the age of 6, I have experience with lots of different types of horses. I have volunteered in riding schools and if anyone has needed help with there horses in the past I would be more than happy to help them. I have spent two years at an equine college gaining my level 3 advanced technical diploma in equine management.
Key Skills
I am good at working alone or in a team. I am a hard working individual who gets stuck into anything that is thrown at me and never gives up always like a challenge. I am good at grooming, Turning out, mucking out , bonding with horses and making sure I know there needs and how they act.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses? Horses are my passion, I enjoy the happiness it gives me and that each day is something different and there may be challenges in the road which working with horses but you figure out how to deal with it I like this as it makes the job interesting.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve? I would like to improve my riding ability and hopefully be Abel to jump correctly and maybe compete in the future if I have the opportunity.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker? I am a hardworking person you can show me something once and I will get it straight away I always find it easy to fit into a team even if it is fast working environment. I will bring a happy smile wherever I go I am bubbly and I think that can improve a stressful working environment sometimes. I am up to doing anything I won’t say no to any job I just get on with what it may be and get on with the day.
