I have 23 years experience with horses of all types/ disciplines. Working in the UK and abroad including Australia and Costa Rica. From rescue centres/ trekking centres to competitive equestrian centres including BSJA and racing and also breeding.

What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I am happy to work alone or as part of a team. I have experience riding different levels of abilities from youngsters to veterans in English and western riding, from showjumping/ cross country to barrel racing/ mustering. I have handled stallions/foals/broodmares.
I am capable of all yard duties and also gardening/maintenance/pet sitting/ childcare. I also drive.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I enjoy all aspects of working with horses. I enjoy the bond/connections and I also enjoy the physical aspect of the roles. They keep us young at heart 🙂
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I would like to polish up plaiting as been a while. I would like to obtain licenses for larger vehicles.

I absolutely give my all. I take pride in my work and I care for animals like they’re my own. I am a calm person and passionate for everybody’s welfare.
