We are an International Dressage Training and Competition yard. We have slowly been growing and we now have 2 international Dressage riders based with us on site, with a very strong team of horses, ranging from International Grand Prix horses to some exiting yearlings we have bred here on site.

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience working on a professional yard
Work to high standards with good attention to detail
Be able to clip, plait and trim
Be confident handling fit competition horses
Be friendly and reliable with a good work ethic.

You will be helping with the day to day running of the yard which includes but is not limited to mucking out, feeding, turning out, bringing in, tacking up and washing down.

We can offer a fabulous working environment on a beautiful yard, with a friendly team of happy dressage addicts. There is also an opportunity to travel to National and International high-profile shows (if desired). Unfortunately, we cannot take staff horses, but we can offer sole occupancy fully furnished accommodation.

Working hours are from 7am – 4pm with an hour for lunch and numerous tea breaks (tea and biscuits provided…always!) 5 days a week.  Located 10 minutes from Hartpury College in Gloucester, we are close to some of England’s best dressage venues and horse care facilities.
