Job Description
Private estate in Herefordshire seeks enthusiastic and committed weekend groom for family yard.
The weekend groom would be in sole charge of 5 horses and 3 ponies as well as the management and organisation of vet / farrier and riding activities as required.
Seeking an individual who favours natural horsemanship techniques, or has a strong interest in learning more about this practice and is happy to undergo the relevant training.
This is a live-out position with a minimum working requirement of 3 weekends per month, including associated bank holidays. Normal working hours are 9am – 6pm in the summer months and 8am – 5pm in the winter months.
HGV licence preferred but not essential.
Salary based on experience.

Minimum Requirements
Clean UK driving licence and own car
DBS check
Experienced and competent rider, comfortable working with all breeds of horses from shetland ponies to 17.2h Clydesdales.
Competent jumper
