We require a Lead Coach for our BHS CLTH Programme – opportunity to join our ever growing team within a business est 49 years.

Qualifications

Minimum BHS Stage 3 care (or equivalent) and BHS Stage 2 teach or BHS Coaching 4 All qualification recommended to be an APC.

Up to date Safeguarding – First Aid and DBS

And or Equivalent

QTS (qualified Teacher Status) Sencol/TLR

Full Time Position for CLTH to be actively involved as part of our team.

CLTH is a BHS Alternative Provision Education Programme of regular sessions, taking place here at PEC. Your main role is to facilitate and support the development of six key life skills in young people through Equine. Assisted learning. You will guide participants in Developing Communication, confidence, teamwork, building relationships, perseverance and responsibility using the programmes structured awards and activities.

Youll also work to ensure the Safety and well being of all participants and the horses involved.

CLTH has been running here for 3 years.
