Job Description
Yard Manager wanted for 5* facility international Dressage yard
This is a lovely position to work alongside an international para dressage team and other team members at home. The horses kept include mares & foals, yearlings, competition horses and elderly ponies. This position would suit someone who is hard working, who has been there/seen it/done it and now is looking for a quieter place but with a steady, familiar & professional routine doing things to a high standard. Of course, initiative, enthusiasm and a GSOH are all essential requirements for a happy yard. You should be able to: Work in a team and take sole charge at home while rider is away competing. Perform all aspects of stable management and organization. Manage other members of staff. Provide a first-class standard of care, with a high level of attention to detail. Turn out to a high standard. 5 and a half days Monday to Friday half day Saturday. Own horse welcome with good rate of pay for the right candidate.
