Job Description
We are a ’boutique style’ operation in the heart of England – quality over quantity, we have a small team of top horses (at all ages) combined with a dedicated team of individuals behind them. Within this, we have two priorities: Horse Welfare and their care at highest standards – combined with producing top results at international competitions all around Europe and the world.
Attention to detail for us is not just a phrase – it is what we live every day in everything we do. We are not a Sales Yard, we are not a Riding School – we are committed to one thing: High Performance.
Minimum Requirements
If you are interested in a ‘High Performance Environment’ and looking to take the next step in your career – this is your chance. We understand that each yard operates their own system and it takes time for new team members to learn and adapt – which is why we see your first 6 months with us very much as a ‘training period’.
For any candidate, we do require a background and having worked within a sporthorse yard or around sport horses – no matter which discipline.
Accommodation details
We are able to provide individual accommodation on site in a modern facility – however it is not essential for the successful candidate to live in.
We are happy to work with the individual requirements.
If living in is required, it is possible and the accomodation can be viewed at the time of the interview.
Benefits
The on site accomodation will be provided free of charge with all bills paid for – this includes council tax, TV license, WiFi, heating, electricity, water, etc.
The position comes with a very competitive wage page as well as a company pension scheme, 28 days holidays and all standard contractual benefits.
What is important to us?
We are happy to work with each individual candidate to their personal prefered job model and timings – a 5 day, 5,5 day or 6 day week are all possible for us.
This is NOT a riding position. You will be working with our horses from the ground and you will be gaining masses of experience from working with our external service providers – all world leaders in their areas of Physiotherapy, Biomechanics, Veterinary, Discipline Trainers, Nutritionists, Sports Psychologists, etc.
We are looking for an individual to join our team who is thriving on High Performance, who wants to see their horses succeed on the international stage, who is dedicated to their role and the important part they play to make this team successful.
