Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Head Girl/Boy to join our friendly and professional team at our yard near Cirencester. We have horses ranging from 3-year-olds through to 5★ level, offering an exceptional environment for someone passionate about elite horse care and high-performance sport.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on position responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the yard, ensuring the highest standards of horse welfare, organisation, and team coordination. All general yard duties included.
Key Responsibilities
•Daily care, wellbeing, and turnout of horses from youngstock to top-level competitors
• Managing and leading a small team, ensuring efficiency and strong communication
• Maintaining yard organisation, cleanliness, and top-class presentation at all times
• Supporting riders and ensuring horses are prepared for training, competitions, and travel
• Upholding our professional, positive, 5★ standard of care
Ideal Candidate
• Confident handling fit competition horses and young horses
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and genuine pride in maintaining a top class yard
• Positive, reliable, and proactive approach
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
