Job Description

Looking for Yard Help

We are a small, friendly private yard looking for an extra pair of hands a few days a week.

Our covered yard is compact and well laid out, making it easy to work in. We have 5 lovely horses.

All general yard duties will be required to a high standard, along with the ability to lunge and potentially hack out / do light schooling where appropriate.

At times, sole charge will be required, so applicants must be confident and competent running the yard independently when we are away competing.

Hours required:
• Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Saturdays & Sundays
• Approximately 4–5 hours per day

The role can be split into two positions (weekday or weekend only) if preferred — we are open to ideas.

There may be additional hours available during the competition season.

We are based in Derbyshire with no local bus routes, so a driving licence is essential.
