Job Description
2026 is a special year at CSC Polo as Kirtlington Park Polo Club celebrates its 100-year anniversary. We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic member of staff to join our team and be part of a historic and exciting polo season.
Working as part of a professional, close-knit team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of day-to-day polo yard life, including:

Daily care and preparation of polo ponies

Grooming, tacking up, mucking out and clipping.

Exercising ponies and assisting with fitness programmes

Grooming at practice matches, chukkas and games.

Maintaining high standards of horse welfare and yard organisation

Working closely with players, grooms and management in a busy polo environment
This is a full-season role at the heart of a thriving polo community.
Minimum Requirements

Previous polo experience is preferable
-
Confident handling fit polo ponies

Hard-working, reliable and able to take initiative
-
Good team player with a positive attitude

Happy working 6 days per week (Monday is our day off)
- Being able to drive with own car an advantage but we can work around it.
