Job Description
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Groom to join a private Dressage yard supporting a young professional GBR dressage rider.
The key role for an experienced career groom who takes pride in running a small yard to the very highest standards.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years experience working as a groom/senior groom in for a professional, ideally dressage but will consider other disciplines
Experience of handling and working with both young horses, advanced horses and stallions
Is calm, capable and highly organised
Understands elite competition standards
Experience of yard management, rotas for horses and other members of staff, feed management, rota for vaccinations, physio, densist and other practitioners for the horses
Turnout of horses to the highest standards
Ideally experience of show grooming
HGV a bonus
