Experience with Horses
I have my own pony and I have been brought up around horses. I have helped at a local trekking centre and I also help my Mum with her sports horse. I am confident handling all types of horses. I am confident riding at walk and trot but need some more experience to improve my canter due to my pony being very lazy and also due to lack of facilities.

What are you particularly good at? I work well in a team and independently. I follow instructions well and enjoy learning. I am a good listener and I have a good sense of humour. I am mature for my age.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses? I enjoy all aspects of working with horses. I am very passionate about all animals. I am hard working and have an eagerness to learn.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve? I would like to improve my riding and gain more riding experience. I would also like to improve my knowledge of horses and learn about all the different equine industries.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker? I am hard working and confident. I am a good listener with a passion for horses. I am determined and will work to the best of my ability to reach my goals. Im not scared for getting my hands dirty and I am willing to ride and handle all types of horses in order to gain the experience I need to succeed in the equine industry.
Requirements
• What would you like to do or gain in your next job? I would like to gain more riding experience and work towards my BHS exams or similar qualifications. I would like to learn and gain as much experience as possible in all aspects of horses.
