Experience with Horses
I started out as my big sisters groom, tacking her horse(Kenny) up before and after riding and then cooling him down, since 2016. Now we have switched and I have ridden Kenny since January 2023. I still tack him up- mostly because I love to (be in control and) do some muscle stretching and chitchat beforehand so I know the state of the horse I’m riding that day- mentality, physicality and feeling of the horse. I learned how to ride from my big sisters whom both have an animal-carer education specialized in horses. So they’re(we’re) really nerdy about nutrition and animal welfare. And everything I know I know from them. Especially about discipline- “When motivation fades, discipline must kick in”:).
Inside the stable I’m calm (also in scary situations), I’m a hard worker and I’m always ready to cuddle the horses. Outside the stable I’m interested in almost any type of design and I love animals.
