Experience with Horses
I dedicated my life to horses at an early age and enjoyed working my way through the Pony Club ranks. I have run top class livery yards and competition yards for many years and I am well known for my friendly, yet assertive manner, my approachable nature, and my exceptional attention to detail.
I am experienced in all aspects of yard management and equine care and am very capable administering medication and IM drugs. My equine first aid is very good and I am efficient in lameness detection and diagnosis.
I am a fun, engaging and empathetic coach, with particularly good results with nervous riders.
My career highlights so far include breeding some very successful horses from my own foundation broodmares. Horses i have bred have gone on to be successful graded stallions, represent GB at the World Breeding Championships in Lanaken and jump up to 1.60m classes around the globe. I am experienced in all aspects of keeping, breeding, and training competition horses.
